Head Shave for Liver Unit

Brian Waldron from Ballyhaunis Co Mayo organised a Head-Save in early August in support of the Liver Unit in St. Vincent’s and raised the terrific sum of €3,600 from the event.

He prepared for the shave by growing his hair for 17 months.

Brian’s Dad, Tom, had a liver transplant in St. Vincent’s in 2005 and he and all the family pitched in to make this such a success.
